Refund Policy

At Stride, we take great pride in ensuring that our products are made to the highest quality standards and shipped on time and accurately. We understand that sometimes issues may arise with your order, and we want to make the return and refund process as easy and hassle-free as possible for our customers.

Order Modifications:

Please note that once your order has been shipped, you cannot modify or cancel it. However, you can modify the shipping address within 5-10 hours of your purchase. If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Change of Mind Returns:

Under Australian Consumer Law, businesses are not obligated to offer a refund or exchange for change of mind. However, at Stride, we offer a 14-day return option from the date you receive your item, subject to certain conditions.

• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To request a return for change of mind, please contact us at info@shopstridelabs.com within 14 days of receiving your item, and we will provide further instructions.

Returns and Refunds:

We offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your item for any issues regarding product defects or damages. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If you wish to request a replacement or refund, please contact us at info@shopstridelabs.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Products:

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, we guarantee to issue you a free replacement. Please contact us at info@shopstridelabs.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the item(s) and packaging.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your replacement or refund. Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit once they are in the carrier’s hands.
